So you are planning a wedding and you keep hearing the term "detail photos" What does that mean?!
This is an absolutely beautiful way to capture specific items that you have spent time creating or that mean something special to you.
Here are some things that are normally included in these photographs:
Vow books
All rings
Ring box in your wedding color
Invites
Save the dates
Envelopes
Special Stamps used
In memory charms
Family member's past wedding items
Extra florals
Accessories
Perfumes
Shoes
For Groomsmen
Shoes
Boutonnière
Socks
Handkerchief
Suspenders
Tie
Belt
Vows
Cufflinks
Watch
I know this seems like a lot to remember so here is a very helpful tip!
From the start of your wedding planning, get a box. Doesn't have to be pretty just something safe. (It can even be your shoebox) Once you start finding things that you want to be photographed, start adding them to the box as you go! Certain things like rings and florals won't be added to the day of. But if everything is in one place, you are less likely to forget something on the day of your wedding! Take it one step further and keep a list in the box with the items so you know exactly what you put in.
I hope this helps and you have the detail pictures of your dreams!
